Good work needs balance. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is important to us. That's why, for over two years, we've been measuring the well-being of every crew member and aligning our agency according to need. This is how, for example, we came up with our Mindfulness Day—taking time off to recharge our batteries.

Full-time, part-time or job-sharing… Whether as a senior consultant, junior professional, working student, intern or freelancer—much is possible in the Laikaverse. Career switchers are just as welcome! We have adopted a hybrid office and home office model. In return, we trust the crew to take personal responsibility and be dedicated.

We're big on lifelong learning and provide regular training for our employees, covering a range of topics from non-violent communication to leadership. We believe in building on strengths and improving weaknesses. We expect our crew to be team players who share their knowledge, creating a culture of continuous learning.

Team cohesion is essential, which is why creating shared moments outside of work is important to us. We take the unique preferences, interests, and schedules of all our crew members into account when planning activities.
